Please consult our Art Dept. before creating any files for your DVD project. We are happy to guide you with the proper specifications, which are different in PAL and NTSC.

Our Art Department is committed to producing high quality packaging for our clients in a timely manner. Production ready art supplied should have all images placed and cropped as they are to appear in final graphics. All text should be proof read for spelling and grammar.

Acceptable Applications

  • Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or lower
  • Adobe Illustrator 10.0 or lower
  • InDesign
  • Quark Express 6.0 or lower
  • Microsoft Word, Picture Publisher, NEATO or MS PowerPoint formats are not suitable to communicate and effectively transfer your electronic files

Acceptable Files

  • Vector files: Any type of line drawing or text in outline form, generated from a drawing program.
  • Bitmap / raster files: Any type of scanned image.
  • Page layout files: Files that combine text and images to make up an image.

  • Email: art@dupespec.com (No larger than 3MB, please.)
  • All artwork must set at a minimum resolution of 300dpi (dots per inch).
  • Artwork must be submitted in final printed size or larger.
